William Kentridge presents his new sound installation with projection, You Whom I Could Not Save in Palermo. The work, which gives its title to the artist's solo show and which will be visible from 8 October 2023 to 12 January 2024 at Palazzo Branciforte, is proposed together with 16 unpublished drawings; the video work Sibyl (2020); bronze and painted bronze sculptures; and a sequence of tapestries.

The project, specifically created for Palermo and which will be inaugurated on the occasion of the Giornate del Contemporaneo, organized by ruber.contemporanea and supported by Fondazione Sicilia, with the coordination of Sicily Art and Culture, is conceived by Antonio Leone, artistic director of ruber.contemporanea and curated by art historians Giulia Ingarao and Alessandra Buccheri.
