FIAF celebrates the rich legacy of Chantal Akerman known for several cinematic masterpieces and her substantial influence on feminist filmmaking. This homage will screen several of the auteur’s films including Almayer’s Folly starring Stanislas Merhar, offer a panel discussion led by journalist Laure Adler, and culminate in a performance of Chantal? by her former partner, cellist Sonia Wieder-Atherton.
